Know more about the surface dial

The Surface Dial ($100) is a wireless device that will show a series of shortcuts and menu options once placed on your screen. It is a very useful product for the graphic designers and editors as it makes the process easier while working with it on the Surface Studio’s surface.

Microsoft claims that the Surface Studio’s 3:2 ratio display is just 13 mm thick that is ever built thinnest LCD computer monitor. It also has a Surface Pen to give you more freedom to draw graphics on the display like you are drawing something on a piece of paper. Its true to life display comes with two new features True Color and True Scale. Microsoft has included these two features with the belief that they will help the users and creators to create better designs that will look true to life.

True Scale feature means you will see the similar design that you see on the screen and in real life whereas True Color is a feature that brings more color output. If you are using 12-point font, True Scale will make sure that you get the same print o the paper what you see on your screen. The display screen of Surface Studio comes with a “zero gravity hinge,” so you can write on the display without being worried about screen damage as you can shift the display down to 20 degrees to make it more comfortable for you while drawing anything on it.

The Surface Studio is 12.5mm thin and has a 28″ PixelSense Display, 4500 x 3000 (192 DPI), 10-point multi-touch, Quad-core 6th Gen Intel Core i5 or i7, Surface Pen, Windows Hello2 face sign-in camera, 5.0MP front-facing camera with 1080p HD video, Dual stereo microphones that work with Cortana, four USB 3.0 ports, 25.09 x 17.27 x 0.44 in (637.35 x 438.90 x 11.4 mm) display, 9.84 x 8.66 x 1.26 in (250.00 x 220.00 x 32.20 mm) base, and 21.07 lbs max (9.56 kg) weight.
